With easy-to-follow meal plans and effective 30-minute workouts,  the FASTer Way gives you freedom to spend less time on food and exercise - and more time on the things you love! Together, we’ll turn your body into a fat-burning machine and give you the tools to get off the dieting roller coaster! Heres’s how:

  • Educate.

    When you know better, you do better. That’s why we prioritize education from the very beginning. We’ll talk science, nutrition, and all the things, so you understand the “why” behind everything we do. This takes the mystery and shame out of the unknown, and it’s what makes this approach sustainable in every season.

  • Equip.

    I will never ask you to rely on a specific product (i.e. shakes, pills or powders) to achieve results that won’t last. We’re after healthy habits and lifestyle changes, and that requires you to be equipped with tools you can access anywhere, and in any season. From meal plans and workouts, to a shift in your way of thinking, you’ll walk away from this program feeling ready. This is, after all, just the beginning!

  • Empower.

    We are better together. That’s true in everyday life, and it’s true in our health journeys. Don’t try to go it alone; let me be your biggest cheerleader, your big sister, your accountability partner. As your coach, I’ll be here every step of the way, empowering you to make the change, take the leap…and just do the dang thing!
